Fatih Çetin graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Yalova University and completed his master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing at Istanbul University. He began his professional career in 2014 in the field of independent auditing. At Universal Bağımsız Denetim, he conducted independent audits for companies operating across various sectors and participated in diverse reporting processes, including valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and fraud auditing. At PwC, he served as a group auditor for some of Türkiye’s leading holding groups—which operate in sectors such as banking, financial services, energy, industry, food, and real estate and possess numerous subsidiaries. Subsequently, he worked at a prominent holding company operating across multiple sectors, where he led the consolidated financial reporting processes for the group’s domestic and international retail companies, undertaking assignments both in Turkey and abroad.

As an Audit Partner and Outsourced Financial Services Partner at Mitra Independent Audit, he/she is responsible for managing the independent audit unit and outsourced reporting services, as well as developing the firm’s audit quality framework.
