He completed his education in the fields of Business Administration and Law and received a master’s degree from the Institute of Social Sciences of Gazi University. After holding senior positions in Koç Holding, Divan, Derimod, Sammey Group, Ant Logistics companies in the private sector, logistics, garment, fashion, retail, agriculture, food and beverage, hotel and tourism and automotive sectors, he continues his professional life as vice chairman of the Board of Directors and Responsible Partner. He is competent in independent audit, Internal audit, Negotiation, business planning, internal audit and analytical skills, has experience in cash flow management, business development, mergers and acquisitions processes. He specializes in strategic growth, sourcing, registration, valuation, IPO issues.

He has the titles of responsible chief auditor and FAFC with the authority of UPS CMB BRSA.
